Overview
Black Hills Heart and Vascular Institute, a growing private cardiology and vascular medicine
clinic, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our
patient care team.

Responsibilities
- Support providers during clinic visits and minor procedures.
- Prepare patients and rooms for evaluations.
- Perform vitals, ECGs, medication reconciliation, and EMR documentation (eClinicalWorks experience a plus).
- Provide patient education and follow-up coordination.
- Assist with triage and maintain clinic flow.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license (South Dakota or compact state).
- Experience in cardiology, vascular, or outpatient specialty care preferred.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care.
