Overview
Black Hills Heart and Vascular Institute, a premier private cardiology and vascular medicine group in Rapid City, SD, is seeking a board-certified General Cardiologist to join our growing team.
You will provide comprehensive outpatient cardiovascular care across our main campus and regional outreach clinics — from diagnostic workups and echocardiography to preventive cardiology and chronic disease management. Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient cardiology clinic evaluations.
- Provide clinical care and consultation at regional outreach clinics.
- Perform and interpret echocardiography, stress testing, and Holter / event monitors.
- Manage preventive cardiology, heart failure, valve disease, and lipid disorders.
- Collaborate closely with our interventional and electrophysiology specialists.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Cardiology.
- South Dakota medical licensure (or eligible to obtain).
- Strong echocardiography skills preferred.
